MONITORING SYSTEM FOR BAD CHAT USING LINE MESSAGING API AND REGULAR EXPRESSION

Abstract

In this pandemic era, with technological developments, there are many activities that are limited and require online activities, including teaching and learning activities in schools. children start learning to use technology from a young age. In this online school activity, children will use the chat application to interact in one class. Parents are required to be wise in supervising this child's activities because children easily imitate the use of words that are inappropriate to use. In this research, a chatbot will be developed and followed with the monitoring system for it. The chatbot can easily be used by the parent because the parent needs to add a chatbot to become a friend and add to the child's group chat. In addition, this research implements the Line chatbot and web application for monitoring application using REST API concept and regular expression to detect a word, so that the parent can monitoring their child chat activities without join to child group chat. The chatbot can use in every Line platform
