WEB – BASED E-PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PT OPQ INDONESIA

Abstract

PT OPQ Indonesia is manufacturing company that focuses on children toys especially B Dolls and HW die-cast. In Indonesia, the company distributes the products around the world. However the process workflow still relatively spends long leading time, especially in procurement as part of supply chain management. Even though there is a system that handles several workflow processes, there are still many manual processes. It may cause anomalies and increase leading time that might affect losses or disadvantages to company. This thesis is made with idea of developing e-procurement for PT OPQ Indonesia as integrated system, it includes features that will reduce administrative manual process with special feature not only for internal employee but also for supplier, so that procurement in PT OPQ Indonesia will gain better effectiveness and efficiency.
