dc.description.abstract The objectives of the research is to find out how entrepreneurs can continue to improve the work ethic during the pandemic in S Village. In this study, the approach is qualitative approach. The reason is because researchers want to get a description directly related to the microeconomic community to the level of well-being they feel through hard work and improved work ethic. The results of the study stated the influence of motivation to improve work ethic where the fulfillment of life needs that are primary or basic can be fulfilled and felt to increase. The improvement is felt by having kiosks with various items sold can send children to college. So the work ethic of an entrepreneur during the pandemic in the village S is very varied and each micro enterprise has its own history and uniqueness. en_US
