dc.description.abstract This research endeavors to examine the way of government of the United States is creating Cyber Command as part of its Defense Policy to defending, deterring and defeating every adversaries that threaten the prosperity of homeland and its allies from freedom of action in cyber space. The significant of this research is actually to have better understanding in what ways government of U.S. securing National Security, through creating U.S. Cyber Command and its mission to synchronize with all agencies inside the government to have full-spectrum strategic military action in cyberspace and supporting Defense Policy as an instrument to execute every strategy. This research conducted through Qualitative method which it will likewise be a descriptive-analytical research as it will describe the case study based on the books and article journal regarding the idea and the progress of U.S. Cyber Command as part of U.S. Defense Policy execute to deterring Cyber Espionage Act from China in information environment. This research takes the timeframe of 2005-2012 because, in the 2005 is when the las term of President Bush Administration with his progress and continue with President Barrack Obama, and it helps to see the pattern of action that U.S. has took in cyberspace and the timeframe ended in 2012 because at this point U.S. has already review Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative along with the creation of Cyberspace Policy Review as the guideline and at this point U.S. Cyber Command achieve the action as the tool to deter repeatable threats originated from China in cyberspace that threaten U.S. National Security where all of the critical infrastructures are interlinked through cyberspace as entering the information age. en_US
