| dc.description.abstract | With the development of advance information technology come with it new problems that must be address. The rise of cybercrimes is a glaring problems that must be discussed and solve. Using legal and non-legal materials with judicial-empirical, judicial-sociology, and comparative approach the author found interesting facts regarding cyber gambling in video games items, and how Indonesia still lack the legal enforcements regarding the problems.
