Abstract:
With the development of advance information technology come with it new problems that must
be address. The rise of cybercrimes is a glaring problems that must be discussed and solve. Using
legal and non-legal materials with judicial-empirical, judicial-sociology, and comparative
approach the author found interesting facts regarding cyber gambling in video games items, and
how Indonesia still lack the legal enforcements regarding the problems. It concluded how
Indonesia law is still slow in adapting with the advancement of technology, especially when
compare to other nations.
