dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze Self-efficacy, Motivation and Communication influencetoward Chinese student academic performance in President University. Thepopulation used in this research were the Chinese students who study in President University from batch 2015-batch 2018. The method used in this study is quantitativeand uses multiple linear regression. The questionnaire was spread to obtaintheprimary data from 130 Chinese student in President University. Meanwhile, thedistribution of questionnaires using google form, to analyze data using descriptivestatistical analysis and inferential statistics using the Likert Scale methodinprocessing questionnaire data. The results showed that the variable X1(self-efficacy)had a significant and positive influence on the Y variable (Chinese student academicperformance) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.5, X2 variable (motivation) hadasignificant and positive influence on Y (Chinese student academic performance ) witha significance value of 0.003 <0.5,and X3 variable (communication) had a significant influence on Y(Chinese student academic performance) with a significance value of 0.002<0.5.Because of that, because to maintain the performance of generationYemployees, it is necessary to pay attention to these variables which is self-efficacy, motivation and communication. en_US
