Abstract:
Arab Spring is a phenomenon of the rise of the democratic revolution in The Middle East and North Africa in 2011. Yemen is one of the countries that have also been exposed to gusts this spring. starting from this revolution, Ali Abdullah Saleh who had in power for 33 years had to resign to meet the demands of the people and also the demands of the political elite, then the government was taken by Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi who was vice president of Saleh and then through the election he was elected as president In the two-year transition period, Hadi began to restore conditions that were very unstable politically and security and also want to bring Yemen to become democratic country, but many challenges such as the Houthis rebels and Al Qaeda's international terrorists made Hadi have to bow down and cannot continue democratization and even security and the legitimacy of the government is very doubtful.
