Abstract:
The ASEAN Open Sky is the policy created by the members of ASEAN countries to
liberalize the airspace among the ASEAN countries. This policy was implemented in
Single Aviation Markets schema under ASEAN Economic Community Principle, such
as MAFLFAS,MAFLPAS, and MAAS. Under the government Indonesia related with
the airport management is arranged by Angkasa Pura (persero). This title basically
underline the actions of Angkasa Pura (persero) in order to contribute to the ASEAN
Open sky in Indonesia. The data for this research are collected from: : official
documents, Journals, books and another document. This is includes websites that might
be supported this topic to be analyzed. In analyzing the implementation of this policy
by the government of Indonesia under the contribution of Angkasa Pura. As as
conclusion, In order to achieve that there are some strategy to achieve it, such as: The
Achievement of mission to be world class company through the best practices in
managing airport business, the implementation process and the effective and efficient
SOP by sustainable improvement to achieve mission, the improvement of the Human
Resource quality and capacity continuously to apply best practices, the development
and application of world class system in holistic and integrated in order to achieve
vision an and mission effectively
