Abstract:
The bilateral relations between Indonesia and Japan with a variety of different
definite interests also cannot be separated from economic and political interests.
Japan's cooperation with Indonesia has been going on for 25 years starting in
1966. In accordance with the war reparations agreement, since 1958 Japan has
accumulated a total of 80.4 billion yen. For Indonesia, Japan is the largest trading
partner country in terms of Indonesia's exports and imports. The level of analysis
in this study is research conducted between the two countries namely Indonesia -
Japan. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to provide an
overview of the benefits of the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement
(IJEPA) for Indonesia. To obtain the desired final results, the collected data were
analyzed descriptively qualitatively, namely describing and describing all
information regarding the benefits of the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership
Agreement (IJEPA) for Indonesia.
