PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN AYOLA LIPPO CIKARANG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, work environment on employee productivity. This study uses the Simple Random Sampling technique, using a sample of 56 respondents of Ayola Lippo Cikarang hotel employees. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (Primary). The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely F (simultaneous) and t (partial) tests. The significance results of 0.006 <0.05 that leadership has a significant influence on employee productivity. Significant results of 0.007 <0.005 that motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the significance of 0.450> 0.05 that the work environment has not a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the significance of leadership, motivation and work environment variables have a significant effect together (simultaneous) on employee productivity.
