The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work from home,
motivation, work environment by mediating job satisfaction on employee performance.
Therefore, the aim of this study was to find out and analyse the effect of Work From Home
(WFH), motivation, and work environment by mediating the job satisfaction on the
employee performance. This study was quantitative, with the total sample of 180
respondents in the public sector, who are the employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial
DJPb Regional Office and KPPN Jakarta I to KPPN Jakarta VII. The data were collected
by giving questionnaire in the form of Google Form sent to each respondent, which then
processed and analysed by using Structural Equation Modelling. This study found the
positive impacts of the variables including Work From Home, motivation, and work
environment on the employee performance. Then, those variables gave the positive
impacts on the job satisfaction. Besides, the result of mediating effect test showed that
there were the mediating impacts of the variable of job satisfaction on the correlation
between the variables including Work From Home, motivation, and work environment on
the employee performance |
