Abstract:
Progress in industrial activities necessitates management with high performance, accuracy, economy, integration, speed, correctness, and security in order to achieve predicted final results in numerous areas. Management is a science about the art of organizational leadership which consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling limited resources to achieve goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. This study was conducted to analyze construction management at the ETO TOWER Project in Colmera, Dili, Timor-Leste to calculate the volume of workers and analyze the project schedule. In this research, quantitative methods are used, namely by emphasizing secondary data and using the CPM (Critical Path Method) and S-Curve methods.
