Abstract:
Increasing economic growth and the challenges faced by companies, employee efficiency must be maximized to increase employee job satisfaction, many companies have started implementing work-life balance programs. This program is very important for employees because it can help employees overcome challenges both inside and outside of work, including burnout and the work environment that can affect job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work- life balance, burnout and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pembangkitan Nagan Raya. All respondents in this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and collected 100 valid respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques and uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.29 to process the data. The population of this research is the permanent employees of PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pembangkitan Nagan Raya. The results showed that burnout and work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, while work-life balance had no significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pembangkitan Nagan Raya.
