Abstract:
The Java 7 power plant equipment standardization management system is mainly
composed of three parts: standardization organization, standardization management work
procedures, and job responsibilities. Through the construction of the organizational
structure, each employee can clearly define the structure of the overall enterprise
management and the work nodes where they are located, providing a clear work direction
and responsible departments to be implemented for the implementation of each work;
through the establishment of standardized management procedures, the employees can
clarify the implementation process of each job, and the relevant operation methods and
rules are familiar; through the construction of job responsibilities, each employee can
clearly define the job responsibilities, rights and obligations of each post, and the specific
job responsibilities strengthen the implementation of management work.
Through the implementation of the equipment standardization management system,
the equipment required for the company's construction, production and operation
activities has been effectively controlled throughout the process, ensuring that the quality
of the purchased equipment meets the specified requirements and the price is reasonable,
and the company's best economic benefits have been achieved. The standardized
equipment management system is a powerful guarantee for the whole process
management of infrastructure materials and equipment.
