dc.description.abstract In this writing, the author will discuss Amnesty International which is a non- governmental organization engaged in raising and fighting for human rights and explain how Amnesty International's role is to help resolve cases of human rights violations that occurred in Papua. This article will cover the strategies and efforts made by Amnesty International on human rights issues in Papua and whether these efforts are effective in resolving cases of human rights violations in Papua. The author will use the concept of the Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) in analyzing the strategy used by Amnesty International and analyzing whether the strategy implemented by Amnesty International is effective against human rights issues in Papua. In analyzing the writer will use qualitative research methods whose explanation will be descriptive in nature. And the author's data collection will use scientific journals, reports, and news. en_US
