dc.description.abstract Humanitarian assistance played a crucial role in reducing the severity of the Russo- Ukrainian War by providing protection and assistance to affected populations through protection clusters. This research explores the role of humanitarian aid in mitigating the severity of the Russia-Ukraine war from 2014-2019 whereas the cluster itself focused on addressing the most pressing protection needs of affected populations. Therefore, with the indicators in protection clusters this research will use qualitative data sources with. In addition, this research will try to elaborate and explore what are the humanitarian efforts from through fundings, strategy plans, and people targeted and reached in addressing protection service in Ukraine. en_US
