dc.description.abstract This research is about Indonesia diplomacy in protecting the rights of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia in second period of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2009 until 2012. Indonesian migrant workers give benefits for the home country, Indonesia and also the host country, Malaysia. It is because Indonesia migrant workers have a big contribution in Indonesia economic development as the largest contributor for foreign income and also give a big contribution for the Malaysia development. But, the rights of Indonesian migrant workers abandoned by many cases that happened with Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia. In this research, the researcher use First Track Diplomacy that focused on the process of diplomacy between both countries governments and Second Track Diplomacy that focused on the process of diplomacy between the government and Non Government Organization that related with Indonesia migrant workers. en_US
