dc.description.abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has had a bad impact on some startups in Indonesia. So a bunch of start-ups are looking for strategies to survive the Covid-19 pandemic so that the company can keep going as it should. One of the strategies implemented by startups to survive during and after the Covid-19 pandemic is to open up an Unpaid Internship program. The aim of this study is to explore the application of the Unpaid Internship program to stratup survival during and post of Pandemic Era. The study uses a qualitative approach with multi-case studies using semi-structured interviews. The samples used in this study consisted of four experts in the Startup company. The sampling technique used in the study is purposive sampling, that is, based on certain criteria to provide the information required by the researchers. The results of this research show that the application of the Unpaid Internship program in Startup companies can help them to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic, in terms of reduction of expenditure, Resource and Employees management, as well as practical innovations in the field of digitization that startups gained during the implementation of the unpaid internship programme en_US
