Abstract:
The research aims to examine the influence of work environment, leadership, and
compensation on job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how work
environment, leadership, and compensation influence employees' job satisfaction at
PT. XYZ, Cikarang, Bekasi. The operators, staff, and executive employees of PT.
XYZ, Cikarang, Bekasi comprised the study's population. A sample of up to 165
employees of PT. XYZ, Cikarang, Bekasi were selected using a random sample
technique. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression as a statistical
technique. A questionnaire was the method the author employed to collect data for
this study. The study's findings indicate that: (1) Employee job satisfaction is
positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. (2) Employee job
satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by leadership. (3) Employee
job satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by compensation. (4) work
environment, leadership, and compensation have a favorable and noteworthy
influence on workers' job satisfaction
