Abstract:
The increase rate of woman participation in workplace have been a debatable discussion recently. People inquire their ability to adjust between work and household duties. The demands between work and family are responsibility that if carried out simultaneously will cause trouble and conflict. Therefore, some married woman choose to take full responsibility in the household for their duties as a wife also a mother, so they need to resign from their work. This study aims to determine the intensity of married woman who work in Automotive industry in Jakarta to continuing their work. With the independent variable which is Workload-Stress (X1), Perceived Organizational Support (X2), and Work-Family Conflict (X3), the mediating variable Job Satisfaction (Y) and dependent variable Work-Life Balance (2) In this study using primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaire with Google Form with a total of 254 valid respondents that satisfied the requirements were received. This research was completed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 version. The results of this research are ten hypotheses, only four hypotheses were accepted and six hypotheses had no significant influence and were not accepted, namely perceived organizational on work-life balance, work-life balance on job satisfaction perceived organizational support on job satisfaction, perceived organizational support on job satisfaction mediated by work-life balance. Based on this study, it is suggested that female workers in the automotive industry are more likely to have problems at work than at home.
