dc.description.abstract The healthy snack category is expanding rapidly, owing to rising consumer concerns about their health and well-being, as well as an increase in demand for handy snacks. Batatas Bars is well- positioned to capitalize on this trend by providing tempting, healthy, and delicious snacks that appeal to health-conscious and environmentally conscientious customers. Our goods fill a unique niche in the snack food sector, especially among Indonesia's sophisticated and health-conscious generations. The shift toward a healthier lifestyle, with an emphasis on various forms of exercise and mental health, coincides with the growing popularity of eating healthy foods, particularly in the aftermath of COVID-19. Batatas Bars will offer premium sweet potato snack bars to inhabitants of Grogol Pertamburan in West Jakarta. Our marketing strategy uses social media channels like Instagram and TikTok to promote brands, in partnership with popular local accounts. Batatas Bars plans to expand its digital presence by utilizing promotional materials at gyms, yoga studios, and pilates studios, as well as using promotional methods like discounts, lucky draws, and buy-one-get-one-free deals. The company will also offer online delivery promos on platforms like Grab Food, Go Food, and Shopee Food. Customized eco-friendly packages and loyalty programs will be provided for special occasions. Batatas Bars is committed to maintaining strong operational standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. They will use environmentally friendly packaging materials like Kraft Chemical Pulp Paper and corrugated boxes, in line with growing customer demand for sustainable solutions. The store will prioritize cleanliness and customer service, creating a pleasant, nostalgic, and traditional environment for guests to enjoy their food. The initial investment of IDR 1,000,000,000 will be invested in product development, marketing, operational setup, and working capital, laying a solid foundation for future growth. The venture's Net Present Value (NPV) is IDR 1,140,760,485, indicating good financial health and anticipated rewards. Key financial metrics include Return on Assets (ROA) ranging from 30% in the first year to 23% by the fifth year, Return on Sales (ROS) going from 26% to 33% over five years, and Return on Investment (ROI) increasing from 42% in the first year to 83% by the fifth year.
