dc.description.abstract This thesis aims to find out how the implementation of South Korea's Gastrodiplomacy in the Moon Jae In Presidency era in Indonesia through the perspective of Liberalism initiated by John Locke, where this theory emphasizes how international relations actors cooperate and interact based on cooperative nature and peaceful methods, so that common goals can be achieved without conflict. This thesis uses a qualitative - descriptive approach in which the author collects data in the form of secondary data obtained from various sources. The final results of this thesis show how the implementation of South Korea's Gastrodiplomacy in Indonesia during the Moon Jae In’s Presidency was considered to be quite effective. Apart from the efforts of the South Korean government, several external factors such as the circumstances during Covid - 19 were favourable for the promotion of the culture and uniqueness of the country both virtually and directly. en_US
