dc.description.abstract Millennium Development Goals recently often discussed by most professionals and researchers since it will meet it's deadline in 2015. Ministry of National Development Planning (BAPPENAS) through its most recent report stated that the three health-related goals of Millennium Development Goals (Goal 4, 5, and 6) with access to basic sanitation and clean water (Goal 7) require hardwork to be achieved by 2015. Therefore, this research attempts to analyze Pencerah Nusantara as the Recommended Model for Integrated Action on Millennium Development Goals Accelerated Achievement and also to identify and solve the problems encountered by Indonesia in achieving the three health-related goals of Millennium Development Goals (Goal 4, 5, and 6) with access to basic sanitation and clean water (Goal 7). Pencerah Nusantara (the Guiding Light of the Archipelago) is initiated and implemented by the Office of President's Special Envoy on Millennium Development Goals Republic of Indonesia. Pencerah Nusantara is about changing the mindset of the society to increase awareness in maintaining health. It is hoped that there will be a changing paradigm of health. Maintaining health needs joint efforts, and Pencerah Nusantara will be the one that bring the change. This research is categorized as Qualitative Research which aims at finding solutions for an immediate problem facing a society. The methods used in the research are Library Research and Field Research. From the SWOT and PEST Analysis of the Pencerah Nusantara, it answers the question of how Pencerah Nusantara recommended as the Model for Integrated Action on Millennium Development Goals Accelerated Achievement based on the 4 principles of Good Governance of the Good Governance Institute collaborated with Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnerships. Also it answers the most difficult problem encountered by Indonesia in achieving the Millennium Development Goals is the reluctance of the people to the development. en_US
