Abstract:
Financial problems are one of the biggest problems in Indonesia considering the low level of public
understanding of financial literacy. This project aims to improve the understanding of the Indonesian
people regarding financial literacy, this activity is carried out at CJ Logistic Indonesia with the target of
employee participation. The focus of this project is to provide employees with an understanding of the
importance of good financial management to improve family welfare. With the right knowledge and
skills in financial management, employees can make more effective financial planning, reduce
unnecessary expenses, and take advantage of existing investment opportunities. This project is
implemented using webinar methods, educational videos, and roleplay simulations on budget
management in everyday life. In collaboration with experts in their fields, this program supports the
goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 1 (No Poverty) and 8 (Decent Work and
Economic Growth). The stages that we take for the smooth running of this project include preparation
for pre-project and post-project evaluations through feedback surveys from participants. By combining
SDG 1 and 8 and the theory of self-efficacy linked to financial literacy, this project aims to demonstrate
the increasing knowledge of employees regarding the importance of financial literacy and the creation of
a much better quality of life than before.
