Abstract:
The objective of this research is to find out the influence of training on paddy’s farmer productivity at Makmur Jaya, Karawang. This research using four independent variables, with variable: trainer, training methods, training materials and training facility. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Non probability sampling is used as sampling technique which is purposive sampling, the data collected is primary data using questionnaire. A survey was conducted 40 respondents who are participants of Sekolah Lapang BASF. Data analysis that used is multiple linear regressions test hypothesis using t-statistics for testing the partial level of 5%. It is also tested the classical assumptions that included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. This shows the availability data has been qualified using multiple linear regressions equation model. The result indicates the variable of and training method have partial significant influence on paddy’s farmer productivity. On the other hand, the variables training material and training facility have no partial significant influence on paddy’s farmer productivity. The study revealed that trainer, training method, training material and training facility on paddy’s farmer productivity in this study is 57.8% while the remaining 42.2% is affected by other factors which exclude in this research model.
