dc.description.abstract Rohingya is the most threatened ethnic minority in the world. Myanmar as the Rohingya ethnic’s origin country denies the Rohingya citizen status. Rohingya are suffering in their own country, they can not prevent human right violations. Therefore, many Rohingya flee to the neighbor countries. Indonesia is the one of destination country because has muslim majority population in the world. Indonesia government and United Nations High Comisioner for Refugee have roles in order to help Rohingya refugees who flees to Indonesia. This research focuses on Indonesia and UNHCR roles in helping Rohingya refugees in Indonesia. This research has pupose to analyze the roles of Indonesia government and UNHCR to manage Rohingya refugee who come to Indonesia. This research using qualitative approach as the method of research, the materials of research are from books, article, journals, and internet. en_US
