dc.description.abstract This research will be based in the background by the ignorance by airplane passengers. This research using communication approach which are 7c communication that can reduce ignorance by airplane passengers. With variables are care, cultural immersion, consciousness, context, contrast, connection, and capability. The objective of this research is to identify the main factors to contribute in communication to reduce airplane passengers ignorance and to identify the new combination or new factors that can be developed to create effective communication to reducing ignorance by airplane passengers. In this this research, data were collect through questionnaires to 70 people in North Cikarang, using purposive sampling technique then process by SPSS 20.0. Quantitative analysis include validity test, reliability test, normality, factor analysis. The result of this study there are 3 new factors that can contribute in communication to reduce airplane passengers ignorance in North Cikarang. So, the three new factors that contribute in communication are knowledge, motivation, and social norm that can reduce ignorance. en_US
