ANALYSIS OF INTERNAL BANK AND DEBTOR FACTORS TOWARD NON PERFORMING FINANCING AT PT. BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI (A CASE STUDY AT PT. BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI, BANDA ACEH)

Abstract

This reseacrh is to analyze what kind of internal factors from bank and also debtor toward non performing financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk Banda Aceh. The Independent variable of this reseacrh is character, capacity, capital, colleteral and condition (of economic), the dependent variable is non performing financing. The method that reseacher used in this research is multiple regression also used primary data that has specific information collected by the researcher and secondary data. Secondary data is the data that have been already collected then readily available published by bank. The hypothesis testing in this research using T-test also F-test and the object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Banda Aceh. Researcher takes 110 samples of 153 total debtor of non performing financing in this research by using the method of simple random sampling. The results showed that the cause of the non performing finnacing by several factors. First, based on character factor, capacity factor, the last factor of capital. As for collateral factor and condition (of economic) shows the results different where the variable is not significant effect with the non performing financing.
