dc.description.abstract This research is find out analyze the influence share value, communication, and opportunistic behavior control toward customers trust on internet banking at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lhokseumawe branch. The Independent variable of this research are share value, communication, and opportunistic behavior control the dependent variable are customers trust on internet banking. The method that researcher used is multiple regression also used primary data that has specific information collected by the researcher and secondary data. Secondary data is the data that have been already collected then readily available published by bank. The hypothesis testing in this research using T-test also F-test and the object of this multiple research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lhokseumawe branch. Researcher takes 120 samples of 172 of total customers that using internet banking service. In this researcher used method of simple random sampling. The results showed that the cause of the customers trust on internet banking by share value, communication and opportunistic behavior control. Based on share value variable, and opportunistic behavior control variable, thats variable significant influence with customers trust internet banking users. As for communication variable shows the results different where the variable is not significant influence with customers trust internet banking users. en_US
