Abstract:
This study was about the dominant factors impact customers’ demand of OPPO Smartphone among young consumers at ITC CEMPAKA MAS MALL in Indonesia. In this thesis, the researcher used questionnaires with Likert scale and 150 samples as quantitative method and SPSS 20 to analyze the collected data method. The researches set up 4 independent variables that might influence customers’ demand of OPPO Smartphone. From the outcome of research, the researcher found out among the four variables. Price is the main factors that affecting the demand of OPPO Smartphone among young customers. Brand name, product feature, price, social influence have significant relationship with demand of OPPO Smartphone among young consumers.
