dc.description.abstract The study is carried out to analyze the influence of product, technology, talents, marketing strategy and internal control to the development of intermediary business. intermediary business development in Bank of China is slow and unstable and didn’t gain progress for a long time. In addition, Intermediary business of Bank of China Jakarta branch is decreasing in recent years. The researcher uses five independent variables (Product, Technology, Talent, Marketing Strategy and Internal Control) and one dependent variable (the development of intermediary business) for this research. The researcher uses quantitative method in the process of the research, and collects data by questionnaire. The respondents of questionnaire are employees from Bank of China Jakarta Branch.The research uses multiple regression and hypothesis (F-test and T-test) to analyze independent variables (Product, Technology, Talent, Marketing Strategy and Internal Control) influence to dependent variable (the development of intermediary business) and analysis the result through SPSS 16.After research and analysis, the researcher finds only product, technology and talent have a significant influence to the development of intermediary business. en_US
