Abstract:
Manufacturing industry competition growing to improve quality of products in supply chain. First step to improve it are selected raw materials and components that are safe for the environment and manufacturing process. PT. Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PT.PECGI) is one of the manufacturing company. PT.PECGI have a system to maintain supplier performance for supplier selection and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine calculation measurement of supplier performance assessment and evaluation three supplier produced the same product based on criteria quality, cost, delivery and service with a combination calculation with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Objective Matrix (OMAX). The results showed by using AHP, with the highest value for the quality criteria is 47.3%, 30.2% for cost criteria, delivery criteria is 13.3% and 9.2% for service criteria. PT.O have a biggest weighs is 47.1% and 42.1% for PT.T then PT.P is lower weighs 10.8%. In the performance calculation of OMAX and fishbone diagram, performance PT.P there are in the red area, that is mean their performance has weak and not reached target and should be evaluated to improve their performance.
