Abstract:
Human resource holds an important role in a company because it runs all the productions matters and all activities in a company, and it also determines the life of the company. The goal from this research is to analyse and determine the effect of discipline, social insurance, skills, education and training to the labor productivity. The subjects in this reaserch are employees of PT. Delphi EEA Indonesia with 116 respondens as sample size. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the t test is known the discipline, social insurance, skills, education and training proved a significant effect on the labor productivity. Based on the table, the number of Adjusted R2(Adjusted R Square) is 0,603 or (60,3%), indicating that the percentage contribution of the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable 60,3%, while the balance of 39,7% influenced or explained by other variables not included in this reaserch model.
