dc.description.abstract The role of Micro Small and Medium Enterprise has been proven as the contributor to the economic growth of a country. The existence of this sector is enormously important in job creation, poverty alleviation, and revenue creation. Principally, the research aims to analyze “The Correlative Factors toward Performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Pontianak, a case of Aloe vera snacks and beverages industry. The variables are Characteristics of Entrepreneur (X1), Characteristics of Enterprise (X2), Social Network (X3), and Government Support (X4) toward Performance of MSMEs (Y). The population of this study is the owner or person who responsible to the Aloe vera snacks and beverages business in Pontianak city. The population of this research is the MSMEs in Pontianak, and the sample is 24 MSMEs that involved in Aloe vera snacks and beverages. The type of research is quantitative descriptive research and the resource from primary and secondary data. The primary data was processed using IBM SPSS 20.00 using non-parametric statistics. The hypothesis test was simultaneously tested by Kendall’s W test and partially using Spearman’s Rank Correlation. Based on the hypothesis testing, Characteristics of Entrepreneur (X1) has positive but not significant correlation toward Performance of MSMEs, the Characteristics of Enterprise (X2), Social Network (X3), and Government Support (X4) have positive and significant correlation towards Performance of MSMEs. Moreover the whole variables simultaneously and significantly have positive correlation toward Performance of MSMEs. Finding of this research is being used to assist related parties to improve the performance by enhancing the factors. en_US
