Samples used in this study consist of 20 property and real estate companies listed in the IDX for the period of 2009 – 2012. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the significant effect of independent variables to dependent variable. F – test and t – test were conducted to test the hypotheses with 5% level of significant.
The results of this study showed that only two variables have significant effect on systematic risk partially which are DER and ROE while other variables which are PER, CR and DPR do not have significant effect partially. All of the independent variables have significant effect simultaneously to systematic risk. The regression model can predict the systematic risk for 21.6%. |
