dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze leadership and global market effect of development strategy on foreign invested enterprise, especially for Macrolink Group Company: Indonesia and China. This research was analysis about leadership and global market effect toward development strategy, for leadership is vitally concerned with what people are thinking and feeling and how they are to be linked to the environment to the entity and to the job/task, for global market is the main driving force behind international finance and trade, for development strategy is a deliberate search for a plan of action that will develop a business’s competitive advantage and compound it.This research was designed using quantitative analysis, which involves analysis of numerical data in attempt to explain the matter observed. This research used questionnaire to collect the data. The researcher spread 66 questionnaires to employees in Macrolink group company in order to get information to respond the matter observed. The questionnaire consists of 15questions which include 5 questions about leadership, 5 questions about global market and 5 questions about development strategy. The questionnaire used likert scale to measure the data. According to the SPSS analysis and data analysis, researcher also explains how the leadership has impact to development strategy. Find out what development strategy Macrolink Group use. Illustrate the global market have impact to development strategy The study has found that how does the leadership have impact to development strategy. What development strategy Macrolink Group use. And the global market has impact to development strategy. en_US
