Abstract:
Employment is a relationship between two parties, usually based on a contract, one being the employer and the other being the employee. Nowadays, the employment problem of the college students has become one of the social focuses; people pay much attention to it because it is the essential part of our daily life. Every year, hundreds and millions of college graduates meet the difficulty of looking for a job, but because our market system is not so perfect that it is very hard for them to get a job. This research is focusing on “the main factors that impact employment pattern for graduates in China”, where there are three main reasons; firstly, the employment of graduate is a serious problem for society, graduates and etc. Secondly, I will be graduate, and I will be employment, so this problem is important for me. Thirdly, I have done my
internship in one Chinese company, I have the experience of employment, and it help me to make the research more convenient.
This thesis is focusing on 4 factors that impact employment pattern for graduates in China, which are: culture, education, government and economic.
This research is using the quantitative research to analysis data, where the questionnaire has already tested by pilot test. The result is the main factor is the economics factor, second one is the culture factor, third one is the government factor and the last one is the education factor.
