THE INFLUENCE OF WORKING MOTIVATION TOWARDS EMPLOYEE WORKING PERFORMANCE (CASE STUDY OF BCA FINANCE PONDOK INDAH)

Abstract

Banking business is trust-based business because of that, safety becomes the most prior aspect that can attract costumers to saving money in that bank. This thing becomes the power of BCA Bank to compete with government Bank. BCA Finance is the sub company of BCA Bank that operate in financing business for BCA Bank. The big name of BCA Bank makes the BCA Finance Company become the first choice by people when financing.

This research is take the BCA Finance Pondok Indah that the central office of BCA Finance Company as the subject. This research uses the employee working motivation as the independent variable and employee working performance as the dependent variable. This research purposed to analyze the influence of working motivation towards working satisfaction and the influence of working satisfaction toward working performance of the employee. The sample that used here is the BCA Finance Pondok Indah that have 119 respondents with using purposive sampling method.
