DEVIATIONS TO THE REGULATION ON IMPORT OF GARLIC AND ONION PRODUCT IN PT. XXX (PERIOD JANUARY 2012 - OCTOBER 2012)

Abstract

For indonesia the situation is very troubled with the widespread corruption and ever changing regulation in export – import. The international business student researcher tries to open the public’s mind about system of regulation in the Republic of Indonesia, although this resarch is very complicated with the government institutions. This research used the qualitative method with interview and participant observation for gathering the data. The research was done from September 2012 to March 2013 and the researcher realizes that much data are inadequate becauase of access that could not be gained. Therefore, the researcher uses Qualitative Research as research methodology with instruments which are participant observations, analyses, and basic true situations in import offices in Surabaya. The result of the analysis shows some factors as an impediment for Indonesian growth. The ministries of trade and agriculture are not favorable to the poor people in Indonesia as seen by the researcher in processing the data from an import company in surabaya. In the conclusion of this thesis researcher give suggestions to the authorites and readers for reflection on the growth of the Republic of Indonesia in the field of International in Business so that the people can develop process all resouces of indonesia.
