To analyze it, researcher use motivation factors from Clayton Paul Adelfer who further developed Maslow's hierarchy of needs by categorizing the hierarchy into his ERG’s theory (Existence, Relatedness and Growth). the data was collected by questionnaire method using simple random sampling technique to 30 respondents. The population in this research is the employees at SDN 05 Pondok Kelapa East Jakarta. Data was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis consist of validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by T test and F test, and determination coefficient (R2) analysis. Qualitative analysis is an interpretation from the data collected in this study and data processing result by adding explanation. To measure all of this researcher us SPSS statistic v.20. Variable independent existence need (X1) can predict the dependent variable with 0,190 regression coefficient. Variable independent relatedness need (X2) can predict the dependent variable with 0,370 Variable independent growth need (X3) can predict the dependent variable with 0,250 regression coefficient. The independent variables which are existence need, realtedness need, growth need have strong relationship into the dependent variable, Employee’s performance for 69%, and all of independent variables score is 0.477 which maens the score 47,7% of the variation that occurs in the employee’s performance is explained by all of the independent variables while the rest 52,3% are explained by factors other than the study variables. en_US
