dc.description.abstract This thesis paper is about analysis of the weighted mean of Multicultural Adjustment through foreign student perception. The purpose of the research is to know the influencing variables that dominantly the respondent of Multicultural adjustment in President University. The research is conducted in President University, by participated 80 respondents and using Likert scale method. Likert scale method contains 5 scale of answer in every statement by using analysis factors method as statistical treatment to find the dominant variables to the subject. The result shown that dominant variables are influence the respondents the highest is establish contact, then continue withattention, and the lowestis hospitality. The researcher recommendation to the students is multicultural adjustment is very important to students wants live abroad and their openness and establishing contact with anybody is needed when first arrival in the new circumstances it will help them accelerate their adjustment, second as the local students invite the foreign students to have meals together can help them reduce their stress because of far from family, giving right information about something is necessary to avoid misunderstanding between foreign students and local students, and it is better to use English during conversation to avoid discriminated feeling by the foreign students, and for the University should provide more activities which develop multicultural life better between local student and foreign students especially in communication group. The researcher thinks the multicultural adjustment is important especially for Individual or institution as provider of the adjustment process. en_US
