Abstract:
Constructing a steady and excellent work team is very important to any firm or organization. However, PT. Huawei Tech Investment Indonesia inherit the “wolf culture” of Huawei China which is one of the Top 500 strong in China, it advocate wolf culture, because the strengths of wolf nature in the competitions of enterprises is inconceivable. However, such a strong organization have a high employee turnover rate, the study aim to explore the factors causing turnover by focusing on job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational commitment and turnover intention which are predicting the Huawei’s employees to leave their organization.
In this study, we examined the factors causing turnover from job satisfaction, job involvement, organization commitment, and turnover intention. Because all kinds of limitations for the researcher, finally only left half a month to do this thesis. The respondents of the survey are the employees of Huawei who have resigned or already apply resignation letter. A questionnaire was conducted to do the survey and quantitative tools are used for analysis. The results of the research show that job satisfaction, job involvement, organization commitment and turnover intention are all the turnover causing factors that causing Huawei’s employees leaving this company.
Furthermore, the research framework can be a guide to clear how to conduct and organized this research.
Finally, the results of this study help PT. Huawei Tech Investment or multinational organizations in Indonesia in understanding the issues with the factors causing employee turnover and keep callable human capital within the organization.
