In achieving the objective of this research, Factor Analysis is the most suitable research method because the result obtained will be in form of several new factors which extracted from many variables. Thus, the factors formed are only the dominant ones. On the other hands, for data collection, researcher used primary sources which collected from questionnaire made by researcher. This questionnaire is made based on all the characteristics of DOCM and distributed to 76 respondents which are the workers of USA based companies in Indonesia. Based on result of this research, it is identified and interpreted that there are 10 dominant factors affect qualified workers to work in USA based companies with most dominant ones is acknowledged. Qualified workers interested to work in USA companies because their existences are being acknowledged by companies and in return, they acknowledged the position also needs of organization and try to accommodate it. Since Acknowledge is the most dominant factors, then local companies and government definitely should learn about it if they want to be as success as USA companies in absorbing qualified human resources or workers. en_US
