Abstract:
The study was done in the following purposes: to see the performance of Bank CIMB Niaga before and after merger. Bank CIMB NIaga merger due the regulation by Bank Indonesia. The objective of this study to analyze the performance of bank before and after merger in Bank CIMB Niaga from period 2006-2009.
This research used quantitative descriptive analysis. This study used secondary data, which is financial statements, to see the comparison among the year of bank performance.
The result of the study showed that compared performance to the good performance of bank in term of liquidation, in term of capital and earning the bank performance showed nothing different of bank performance before and after, because the range of performance stability in this term. Overall of the result after merger bank much better than before bank merger.
