Abstract:
By looking at the competition that occurs in the Telecommunications industry at this time, in addition to the price increasing competition occurs also in the service. This led management company of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International has to try to be a competitive challenge in the face of competition. One of them is to analyze the company's strategy. The objective of this research is to formulate the business strategy at the business unit level and service level functional of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International, to further can provide a relevant and an adequate strategic implementation in dealing with company problems.
The research method used in this research is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis by using the analytical tools that are summarized in strategic management such as SWOT analysis, EFAS and IFAS matrix, and other related techniques. SWOT Analysis that used in this research is to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of the Company.
The results showed that the total score based on the analysis of IFAS is 2.93 and EFAS is 2.88. These results indicate that the company can continue to grow. This is due to the company's position in a strong position because of the level of dominance is stronger than the threats it faces.
