dc.description.abstract The number of Chinese student in President University has decreased sharply from 2010 until 2012. As an international university, to improve the service quality has always be the ultimate goal for President University to attract more overseas students. Therefore this research was to analysis dominant factors of service quality based on students’ perspective in President University. By conducting this research, the researcher hope President University could have a better quality of education standard in order to tackling the decline of Chinese students. This research also conducted to explore President University to be better and compatible with other universities in Indonesia. This research used quantitative research methodology to analyze the problems. Based on the quantitative research method, a questionnaire was conducted for the survey to collect data from President University Chinese students. However, there are still some limitations during the research process. Lack of reference and source material, lack of time and small size of population sample are all the limitations for the thesis. After all, the researcher still manages to found out there are 5 dominant factors influence the service quality in President University, and all of these need to take a serious consideration for a more promising future. The researcher would recommends that President University adjust itself in some ways in order to get more international students, such as decrease the tuition fee, increase the range of scholarship and opening more faculties. All of these will support President University become a world standard university. en_US
