house’s vision is to become the leading boarding house in the area where Nest is located. Nest
is currently located at Jababeka Education Park Block 1. Nest chooses to be here to capture
the target market of President University students. Regarding the business type and size of
house, Nest House requires a big amount of capital. It is estimated to be around
IDR.750,000,000. The organization only consists of the owner and the housekeeper. Viewing
from the financial aspects, Nest could generate revenue of IDR.342,000,000 and net income
of IDR.133,365,394 annually (profit margin 38.9%) and will increase properly. Seeing the
opportunities and trend, the owner believes that this business will run well and keep improve.
