Abstract:
Recruitment is the most important process for company to survive compete with other companies by getting the competitive employees. As time goes by, recruitment process rapidly developed from conventional way to modern way. Further, the author Indicated that there is not effective recruitment process in PT.XYZ especially for direct labor recruitment. Therefore, in this research the author will examine how to develop the recruitment process in PT.XYZ by maximizing e-recruitment, recruitment outsourcing, recruitment policy and procedure. This research employs interview technique, and triangulation for case study of qualitative research. The findings show that PT.XYZ should maximizing the role of e-recruitment, recruitment outsourcing, and recruitment policy and procedure to face the digitalization era.
