dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to find out The Analysis of Culture Intelligence, Motivation, Organizational Learning towards Global Mindset in Business Student. A total of 247 valid online questionnaires were obtained to empirically test the structural model of the research. Culture Intelligence, Motivation, Organizational learning, and Competence are considered to be the independent variables while Global Mindset is considered to be the dependent variable. The result confirms that Culture Intelligence, Motivation, Organizational learning, and Competence simultaneously influence significantly on the Global Mindset of Business Student. Competence has the highest influence on Global Mindset. | en_US |
